Terms Of Service

First off, prices can change due to many factors, such as, background, number of characters, and complexity of character(s), among others.

Will Draw:

  • Humanoids

  • Original Characters

  • Romance/ ships

  • Fanart

  • Nsfw

  • Gore

  • Light mecha

  • Animals/ furrys

Wont Draw:

  • Non-Consensual themes

  • Hateful themes

  • Real world Political themes

  • Heavy detailed mecha

  • Underaged character NSFW

  • Anything I feel uncomfortable with

Payment I accept: Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, Ko-fi, Apple payPayment via Discord Nitro is limited, and not always accepted.Once a commission is 100% paid for, free use of the commission is permitted with credit.I expect 50% of the total price to be paid upfront in order to consider your commission valid. 100% will be paid once the watermarked sketch is approved. You will not receive the final piece unless it is paid in full. This protects myself from being scammed, I have no intention to deal with scammers.Refunds are NOT accepted upon request under any circumstances. Especially once the commission is completed, no refunds will be accepted. If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, a full refund will be sent alongside an apology/explanation at the earliest convenience.Additional characters can range to about 50% of the base price; added animals act as additional characters. Backgrounds tend to be anywhere between $5-25 depending on complexity (this range can change and is not concrete).Wait time for commissions can be anywhere from 3 days-1 month. Depending on how many orders I have received or the time of year however, wait time may increase. I will do my best to keep you informed on the progress/ "line placement" as often as I can. Line placement is the amount of people whose commissions were accepted before yours; aka a wait line. Short notice requests can be denied or have an increased price.
I am currently in school, commissions may take longer.If your commission is for commercial use, please tell me how you intend to use it. Using art for promoting a personal channel or service (i.e. YouTube, Twitch, self-owned small business) is permitted. Commissioning art and then using it to sell as a product (i.e. notebooks or stickers) without the intent to promote a personal business is not allowed under ANY circumstances.You cannot request a personal-use commission and then use it for commercial use.Selling commissioned art as NFTs is strictly prohibited.

These terms are non-negotiable.
As the artist, I have the full right to deny or reject ANY commissions for ANY reason.
Once you put in your order, you have accepted and agreed to my Terms Of Service.
